About us

Our Team

We are proud to be a part of the local community and are committed to giving back. We work with you to provide health education and resources, and facilitate options to help you heal in a holistic way.


We house several therapist that work directly under Saguaro Integrated and also some that share the space with us to offer a variety of expertise and resources for your journey.

Sara Moss. PMHNP-BC

With over 20 years of experience in emergency disaster management and public safety, and part of the LGBTQIA+ community, Sara brings a unique perspective to mental health care. Sara earned her Bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and her Master’s degree from Walden University, where she specialized in psychiatric mental health. Sara believes in individualized care and works from a trauma-informed lens to understand each patient’s unique history. Sara's focus is on identifying and treating root causes to foster lasting wellness and improve the whole person. Sara is certified in psychedelics and proficient at therapeutic psychedelic management. She is the primary provider in the SIW Ketamine Assisted Therapy Program.

Sara sees patients virtually only at this time.

Emily Hans, LAC

Emily is a Licensed Associate Counselor who works with children and adolescents. She believes that therapy can range from fun and explorative to profound and deeply healing. Emily offers creative, evidence-based, and age-appropriate interventions to best treat her clients. Emily’s goal is to meet children with an approach that speaks to them in a way they understand. She creates a safe space to let emotions flow and unravel while helping you progress towards your mental health and wellness goals.

Emily graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and has experience working with crisis inpatient care and community mental health. She works with clients ages 5 and up. Emily has a passion for incorporating art and play-based interventions into her work.

Stephanie Sampson, LAC

Stephanie is a transplant from the East Coast. She comes from a background of working with children, adolescents, and adults over the last 7 years.  She has helped clients in hospitals, addiction centers, Intensive outpatient, and private practice settings. 

Stephanie comes to help on your journey to wellness and will hold space for your healing. In conjunction with Art therapy, Stephanie incorporates mindfulness and evidence-based behavioral techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She also uses the arts, movement, and shamanic healing practices to help you move through your process. 

Stephanie  sees clients ages 13 and up. 

Kieran Parker, Counseling Intern

Kieran Parker (he/him), is  an intern completing his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a transgender man, Kieran is committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their most authentic selves.


Kieran work with adolescents, couples, and adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, identity, trauma, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy.His approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals for therapy.


Kieran is currently accepting new clients on Fridays and Saturdays with a reduced private pay rate of $50, and some insurances accepted. Appointments available quickly! Availability will increase in January, schedule now!!

Jen Woolf, LAMFT

Jen Woolf is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT). She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She has received additional training and certification for trauma, grief, suicide awareness/assessment, and is a Neurosequential Model in Education Trainer through the Neurosequential Network. She believes in addressing care from a relational perspective, as everyone is shaped by the relationships they currently have and the ones they were raised with.  Jen specializes in couples, family and individual therapy. 

As she pursued her Bachelors in Psychology and masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, she worked at a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic before becoming a therapist.  In addition to her counseling work here, Jen is the certified school counselor at a local K-8 traditional academy where she has worked closely with the special education department, trains and certifies Peer Mediators, and has gained extensive experience working with children and teens.  


Dr. Mykayla Werner, ND

Dr. Mykayla Werner is a licensed naturopathic doctor who graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. She is originally from Michigan, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree at Grand Valley State University. Dr. Mykayla utilizes scientific Western medicine alongside holistic natural therapies to help others achieve optimal health and well-being. She is a certified Reiki Master and enjoys incorporating energy healing into her practice. Although Dr. Mykayla treats various conditions, ranging from women's health to autoimmune conditions, her passion lies in mental health. After struggling with depression and anxiety as a child, she spent many years trying different therapies to heal herself. Her healing journey took off once she discovered naturopathic medicine. Now, her passion lies in helping others how to do the same!

Katherine Garcia, LPC

Katherine Garcia is  a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona. She has been practicing for over 20 years and is the founder of White Lotus Therapy Services (Previously known as Core Connect Wellness) and Saguaro Integrated Wellness.  Katherine believes that everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance. Katherine is certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy.

Jennifer Godley. PMHNP-BC

Jennifer Godley is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 18 years of nursing experience. She began her career as a high-risk obstetrics nurse, where she received certification as a perinatal bereavement specialist and also worked in a level two NICU. She has also worked as a hospice nurse, providing care to those who were end of life and their families. As a life-long learner, she was always passionate about earning a higher degree. She returned to school in 2021 and earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing, with an emphasis on psychiatry. Since then she has worked with those with general mental health concerns and is currently providing community mental health care to those with serious mental illness. Additionally, she is currently working to obtain certifications in psychedelics therapy and perinatal mental health. 

Jennifer uses her extensive nursing background to assist her today, providing holistic, individualized care for each of her clients. Focusing on evidence-based care, she evaluates clients needs and concerns, and uses a holistic approach to addressing these issues. She empowers her clients by providing education about their diagnoses and treatment options, allowing them to make informed decisions regarding their care. She loves all things adventure, time with her family and friends, and being a mom to her human and fur babies. 

Saguaro Partner: Melody Pope, LPC

Melody Pope is the owner of Harbors Edge Therapy. With 17+ years experience nationally/internationally helping people work through what is keeping them stuck,, Melody uses her knowledge & experience to provide outcome driven, individualized sessions. She has extensive specialized training & experience with; trauma, self-confidence/self-trust, anxiety, grief, stress, sex, LGBTQ+, & am Poly+, ENM+, Sex/Kink+.


Melody prides herself f on being trained in specific, varied techniques to provide powerful & dynamic individualized sessions (EMDR, DBT, Parts Work, Attachment Therapy, Solution-Focused, Gottman, CBT, Multicultural, Narrative, & more)

Saguaro Partner: Sydney Van Horn, LCSW

Sydney is the owner of Fourth Wall Counseling. She  a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Arizona.  Sydneycompleted her Masters Program  and  Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology with a certificate in Working with Military Families at Arizona State University. 


Sydney has  been practicing in the behavior health field for over 7 years with varied clinical experience. Sydney firmly believe that mental health is health. Life is dynamic and with change often comes discomfort and uncertainty.She believes amongst that discomfort, blossoms authenticity and personal growth. 


Sydney strives to help clients find their footing, becoming the best version of themselves.
